2.) Why not count Asian 155mm production when it’s now a key part of sending ammo to Ukraine?

BREAKING: House Republicans plan to try to pass four bills this week to send aid to Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan, according to four sources familiar with the plan per PunchBowl News.
