One of the most common questions we get is how Parse Biosciences’s sensitivity (transcript and gene detection per cell) compares to 10x Genomics. In this thread I’ll detail a head to head comparison between the two different technologies on mouse brain nuclei. 1/

Update: After attempting a couple of Parse mixed-cell experiments, we circled back to the basics.  We re-ran, Parse’s v1 WT Mini kit against 10x’s 3’ kit and this time we found similar sensitivity between both kits. (1/5)
