A good time to say... Ghost in the Machine will be returning in the coming weeks and I'm really excited about the upcoming episodes. There's a lot to share.
Thanks also to everyone who's emailed [email protected] with info. As the UCI said this week: 'every tip can help.'
📢 Chris is looking to speak with cyclists who have experienced depression – for our awareness-raising series 'Let's talk about' in Cycling Weekly #journorequest
Delighted and honoured that Ghost in the Machine has been named as one of Vulture's best podcasts so far in 2024. ☺️ Thanks to the team at Stak., Pete Donaldson, David Hinchliffe Bradford and Tom Whalley.
Still a couple of more episodes to come as well!

Are you a racing cyclist who has struggled with depression? How has cycling helped or hindered your mental health?
Cycling Weekly's next Let's Talk About feature will be focusing on depression. DMs open - and we can anonymise interviewees.

Nice work Chris Marshall-Bell
It’s #WorldBipolarDay today. A disorder that has cost me so very much throughout the years; relationships, jobs, friends, my son… and in hindsight my cycling career. I’ve been hospitalised, injured, have scars thru SH… mentally and physically. But never give up on hope.

This on neurodiversity by Chris Marshall-Bell is excellent

They just said on The World at One that the world is spinning more slowly because of climate change. But maybe this is the real reason
