Grateful that Keith Egli Jim Watson and Council colleagues supported this important memorial.

As a councillor-elect, this is such a welcome piece of advice. I’ve got four kids under 14 and a wife. I’m so wary of the ways in which public life can rob my family of the moments that make private life so wonderful.

Last night's victory party was all about saying thank you. This photo includes the people that deserved my greatest thanks: my family (minus my kid Henry, likely at the snack table) and my three main campaign staff: Nate, Leif and Alex.
