My drs surgery has changed the appointment system yet again ('new & improved triage system' apparently) & I'm fuming at how complicated it is. Its an online system & you can only fill in a 'request' between 7.30 & 11 or 2 & 5. Never thought I'd day this but bring back e-consult!
