I feel so sorry for Anaesthetic Trainees.

They are dedicated, serious and high achieving professionals.

Year after year they are failed by ANRO.

What will it take for them to have a competent recruitment organisation?

In no other profession would this be acceptable.

It would be nice if having to comment on an ANRO debacle wasn’t now an annual occurrence. I think one error can possibly be excused, but it’s now happening year-on-year, and it’s inexcusable
