It took awhile to find a home, but our RCT examining the efficacy of BlackFULLness is finally published! Blackfullness is a mindfulness app for Black folx, and we found that using this app increased mindfulness + self-compassion 🎉🎉
'Contrary to our hypothesis, we found strong evidence that psychological interventions are highly effective treatments for PTSD in patients with a history of multiple traumatic events.'
