Despite GMC's protestations, this decision to suspend Dr Benn's registration seems grievously flawed & dangerous, & will rightly be perceived as an attack on freedom to protest & freedom of speech. Her actions do not impair public confidence or trust in the medical profession.

This decision, forced by NHS England, is appalling. The NHS owes a duty of care to those who work to serve patients. Many NHS staff experience mental health problems, burnout, moral distress & moral injury. Withdrawing cost-effective NHS Practitioner Health services places staff at risk.

The Tory Government is indeed culpable for a catastrophic failure to borrow to invest, particularly when interest rates were so low. Did the Tories learn nothing from Keynes? Austerity has been disastrous for public services & wellbeing, & has exacerbated inequalities.

The consequences of water privatisation have been dire. Sewage pollutes our seas & rivers as a direct result of deliberate inaction by water companies & complicity, complacency & failure to regulate by the Westminster Government. Power & influence taken away from the people.

Abortion and women's right to choose are key issues in the election. A clear majority of voters are in favour of abortion & the issue increases support for Democrats. But more importantly than the politics, abortion is an issue of healthcare & of reproductive & human rights.

Fundamental concerns about patient safety, candour, scope of practice & supervision must be addressed. There's a strong perception that Royal College of Physicians, Sarah Clarke & RCP Officers aren't acting in the best interests of patients, doctors, the NHS & indeed Physn Associates.

It's indeed obvious that Restore Trust & Legatum Institute have biased views on freedom of expression & on the National Trust. The voting on Council members & resolutions at the recent Trust AGM shows clearly that Restore Trust doesn't have majority support from Nat Trust members.

Parties need to be in government to deliver change. Pat McFadden right to point to the achievements of past Labour governments & to hope Starmer follows MacDonald, Attlee, Wilson & Blair in winning an election. There is much to address: public services, inequality, Brexit, PR.

The case for ULEZ expansion is strong. We need cleaner air, less air pollution & a reduction in preventable disease linked to pollution. Criminals vandalising ULEZ cameras must be identified, prosecuted & stopped. Support for those Bromley Council Councillors condemning the vandals.

Since , the UK has weaker environmental rules than the EU, with increasing divergence on chemicals, pesticides, industrial emissions, air quality & water treatment. Water pollution is particularly bad. Also, the UK lacks a social climate fund to help the poor.stellacreasy

A two-state solution is the only way to achieve a lasting peace & to recognise the Palestinians' right to statehood. Many inside & outside Israel realise this. The United Nations, Joe Biden & international Governments need to press Israel to engage in constructive, peaceful ways forward.

The UK is one of the most unequal developed societies, with dire consequences for social cohesion, poverty, living standards, health & wellbeing. It's got worse since 2010. True levelling-up remains important & necessary, but (as Germany found after reunification) costs trillions
