Closure of Ao to LA fistula.See previous echo posted. 6 F Multipurpose guide, only coronary wire could enter, 2 mm partly inflated balloon at tip of guide to cross aortic wall, something like BAT as crossing without dilator was impossible. Once into LA, ADO II used to close it.

Always image bladder after all procedures via femoral. Altered bladder shape like this indicate bleed and compression.angio will not show small bleeds, always take DSA, see small vessel near femoral head. This pt’s BP was 130/80, picked up bleed before developing hypotension.

For card fellows. 21 yr old male, X-ray 1 was taken 3 months back for evaluation of fever and cough. Echo then reported as “normal”. Now admitted with progressive effort dyspnoea of 2 months in class III now. His pulse is “bounding”. See X-ray 2 and what are your differentials?
