At a Dreher staff meeting on May 6, Chair of our Counseling Department Kevin Kirkley was presented with the Midlands Education and Business Alliance (MEBA)'s award as 2024 SC Career and Technical Education (CTE) Counselor of the Year. So well deserved - every year!

Parents, if you child must be dismissed early, you can either come in and sign out your child in person or send a note with your child to turn in to attendance on the day of early dismissal.  We DO NOT sign out students by email or phone call.

English II students will take the Writing portion of the EOC exam tomorrow. Testing begins promptly at 8 AM, so be at school by 7:45

Tomorrow, Wednesday, AP English Literature is at 7:45 and AP Computer Science is at 11:45.

Girls basketball interest meeting in preparation for summer workouts is Wednesday ay 5:30 PM sharp in the big gym.

Tyra Helper's artwork and poem earned her FIRST PLACE and a cash prize in 2024 Chemistry Celebrate Earth Week Illustrated Poem Contest for SC section of American Chemical Society (ACS). She goes on to compete at National Level.

Today, as the state playoffs continue, Varsity Softball travels to Marlboro County, and Varsity Baseball travels to Hanahan. Go, Blue!
