On #HighFiveFriday , we are sharing Jerry's story, a client who suffered from a stroke, but never gave up. His DuPagePads case manager helped ge him in a new facility, where he is motivated to be discharged back on his feet and back home soon! We are so proud of Jerry’s progress!
