Last week, we joined nine other forces in a 3-day op to tackle cross border vehicle crime (23-25 April) where our teams arrested 12 & seized 6 vehicles.

Collectively, we made 97 drug seizures & £15K cash, arrested 215 & seized 128 vehicles.

PD Trigger is hoping to be on Santa's good boy list again following reports of people stealing from vehicles in #Harlow . Trigger tracked from the scene and located 2 suspects, stolen property and other items, leading to the arrest of 2 men on suspicion of Theft From Motor Vehicle

This handsome young chap is PD Potter. One of Potter's special skills is that he is incredibly good at sniffing out money! Whilst at a job earlier on this month, Potter and his dad were able to put his skill to the test, resulting in a large amount of hidden cash sniffed out!🐾

This week, good boy PD Luther and his handler were in Essex Police in Tendring District assisting at a disturbance where it was reported a man was armed with a hammer, they located the man, and Luther helped to convince the man to put the hammer down. 1 man arrested on suspicion of various offences🐾

PD Kaiser and his handler assisted colleagues from Essex Roads Policing in #Aveley at the weekend when a man ran away from a stolen car that had failed to stop. Kaiser activated his super sniff-tracking and locating a man hiding behind a wall. 1 arrested on suspicion of Burglary🐾

PD Chip and his handler assisted colleagues from Essex OSG with a vehicle search in #Grays last week, Chip sniffed out suspected Class A drugs that were very well concealed and not visible, leading to the arrest of 1 male on suspicion of a number of offences. Great work guys! 🐾

PD Max had a busy shift locating a man in #Harlow who had run off from a stolen car-man arrested suspicion of Theft of Motor Vehicle and Burglary. Later on at a different job, Max helped ensure another run away man stopped and stayed put-arrested suspicion Theft of Motor Vehicle

Yesterday colleagues from the Local Policing Team had some people run away from them following the discovery of a stolen motorcycle. PD Armour and handler arrived a short while later and whilst tracking, located a hidden bag containing a large amount of cash and suspected drugs

PD Raven swooped into action recently when a man suspected of committing several theft offences across Essex made off from Officers in #Redbridge
Raven tracked through woodland and located the man who attempted to run - he had second thoughts after Raven had a word with him!🐾

PD Oreo has been working alongside Essex Police - Stansted Airport as part of a #ProjectServator deployment at @STN_airport. He has been working hard to keep those who use the airport safe & disrupting anyone looking to commit a criminal act, including terrorism. esxpol.uk/xqufj

Great work from PD Freddie who was deployed earlier this week to make sure a man wanted on suspicion of a number of offences didn't escape when the vehicle he was in was stopped by our Force Support Unit in #WalthamAbbey . We think Freddie's smile encouraged him to stay put!🐾

PD Armour was on top form last week in Essex Police in Chelmsford District when a stolen vehicle failed to stop for colleagues, the driver ran off but was tracked down by Armour and arrested on suspicion of a number of offences. Armour also sniffed out a number of discarded items and suspected drugs🐾
