#BurlFire recently took its Incident Command training to the next level with Senior Officers. Using large-scale emergency scenarios, Dr. Katherine Lamb and the EffectiveCommand training team challenged and elevated incident decision-making skills to keep us on top our game.

EffectiveCommand has gone 'totally nuclear' this week with instructor training Ontario Power Gen Westelyville fire training centre and Clsrington Fire Ontario Association of Fire Chiefs (OAFC)

The EffectiveCommand program helps develop the concept of the thinking commander—someone who has the capacity to deal with the unexpected.
