Well done 👏🏼👏🏼 it’s interesting to note there’s no observable benefit of adjuvant chemo in R1-resected patients (or in fact in any resected patient ascopubs.org/doi/10.1200/JC… ) highlighting uncertainty re BILCAP’s generalizability. What do you do at your institutions ?

Is adjuvant treatment really helping to improve survival after R1 resection for perihilar cholangiocarcinoma? Are we overtreating these patients? Are we adequately assessing margins?
