2 of my daughters jogged to sea, swam 20 minutes & jogged home. They are on Front page. The Daily Mail is cross. But Exercise once per day is good. They said I can share because they want people to know they are obeying the rules. #Eastbourne #Exercise . Stay strong.

Today tested #COVID +ve with 7 days #anosmia as the only significant symptom.
