Picked up this lovely collector's item today, a circa 1930s Erika typewriter commissioned by Karger Publishing in Basel. It's a wee on the rough side but has such a lovely feel. If only it could tell me its stories...

Happy Halloween! 🎃This morning I have been preparing la Ofrenda for our ancestors & pets of past to return tonight & tomorrow. I also created an offering in our garden for the birds & insects: seeds, apple & peanut butter. It is a long standing tradition el Día de los Muertos.
