By issuing a proclamation calling on Arkansas' citizens to pray, Governor Sanders abridges her duty to remain neutral and to respect the freedom of conscience of Arkansas' citizens.

There should be no special laws for churches. Citizens should be able to open up businesses regardless of whether there are churches in the vicinity or not.
