Great presentations (from an unbiased viewer...) from Tegan Brown on her work about canopy structure on fuel moisture content and gary sheridan presenting @asinbar work on soil co-evolution #ICFFR
Third chapter of my PhD is out in Association for Fire Ecology - looking at live fuel moisture content (water + dry mass) in 3 plant functional types in Montana, USA. Enjoyed collaborating with @WMattJolly, Rocky Mountain Research Station & W.A. Franke College of Forestry & Conservation on this one!

Over in stream 3 we are exploring ecological impacts. gary sheridan ForestHydrologyUnimelb University of Melbourne told #FireClimate2022 how bushfires change the long-term streamflow & water yields in Melbourne’s water catchments.
Very proud of Tegan Brown for winning the Prince of Wales Award for Sustainable Forestry! 🌲🌿⭐️

I think I saw a Christoph Langhans-style hillslope debris flow track yesterday, with tiny levees. @asinbar gary sheridan see bi-pod for scale. #calwood #minorerosion
