Very disappointing to hear Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities dodge the question of whether #NetGain will apply in #InvestmentZones .
Biodiversity #NetGain has been law for a year & is due to be mandatory in Nov '23.
Investment Zones don't exist yet, yet somehow IZ plans will jump the queue? #AttackOnNature
