Socialist Majority Caucus & Groundwork: Towards a Socialist Future are not right wing. It’s hard not to feel like this rhetoric is intentionally trying to associate us w the fascist right, which is untrue & unkind. We have many more similarities than differences. I hope we find new ways to talk about our differences

It makes me sad that some are using left/right-wing framing against comrades like me who organize alongside them. The right and left of US politics want fundamentally different things; in DSA we share a vision for an end to capitalism, we just differ on how best to get there.

Kinda wild how there was this whole cult of Robert Mueller that ended up kinda deflating when Barr sandbagged him and he wasn’t willing to push back, and now we have a new special council who appears to actually be That Guy and there’s nowhere near the same kind of hagiography.
