Government of Uganda through UNRA_UGANDA is implementing the upgrading of Kisubi-Nakawuka-Nateete (27km), Nakawuka-Kasanje-Mpigi (22km), Nakawuka-Mawagulu-Nanziga-Maya (11km), Kasanje-Buwaya (9km), and Entebbe-Nakiwogo (3.5km) Road.
This initiative, funded by the Government of Uganda , entails upgrading the current Class C Gravel road to Asphaltic paved standard.
Prime Minister Rt. Hon. Rt. Hon. Nabbanja Robinah. PRIME MINISTER will today officiate the groundbreaking ceremony for Kisubi—Nakawuka—Nateete,Nakawuka—Kasanje—Mpigi, Nakawuka—Mawagulu—Nanziga-Maya,Kasanja -Buwaya, and Entebbe—Nakiwogo road upgrading from Class C Gravel road to Asphaltic paved standard.

This will bring the total GoU release for FY 2023/24 to Shs 28.564 trillion (113.1% of the approved Budget and 98.4% of the approved Budget).
