Listening to the panel on cooperation chaired by Andrew Travers at Future of London Affordable Housing conference. Fiona Fletcher Smith just said 'local authorities are the long term curator of the place'. For me this is the essence of the whole topic. LAs are best positioned but need partners.
It's already around us. #Technology , specifically robotics and #autonomous systems will replace humans. Driver shortage? The solution is here.. but what does it mean for those directly affected, loosing their jobs? Early intervention and #prevention is needed.
