-Yes, the river can be a real opportunity for light freight
-Grid is an issue, energy remain main barrier of growth
-We need more urban logistics space (mixed uses?!)

Thank you! It was interesting to learn about the urban logistics hub project at Waterloo station.
There is a big opportunity to look beyond (and reach the river!) at the coming masterplanning work.
