Can be quite disconcerting how brain injury and stroke terminology can be so easily thrown about.

Language like this, and when people stumble on their words and joke that it's as if they've had a stroke, can set survivors back and catalyse anxiety and panic attacks.

Recently I've given up caffeine after realising it was exacerbating my panic attacks. I'm about 3 weeks free from it, and more clear headed than I've felt in years.

I miss it, but decaf will suffice.
