Only that none of the claims embraced by Kacsmaryk and the 5th Circuit are gone. One could read parts of this opinion as creating a roadmap to future plaintiffs who *do* want to establish standing.

One does wonder why a unanimous decision, with a not particularly long or important concurrence by Justice Thomas, in a case argued March 26, was not issued until June 13. Huge backup of cases to be released in 15 days (or the Court goes late).
