I need to set limits on how much time I spend on social media.

I love talking about the causes of the Great Recession, including financial deregulation (i.e. CDOs, sub-prime loans, mortgage-backed securities, etc).

But the effects are important, too.

Millenials didn't have as many kids.

And sadly, the humanities were never the same.

I typically avoid criticizing student performance on Twitter, but it does amaze me sometimes how often students confuse 'women' (plural) and 'a woman' (singular) in essays.

I suspect this happens more frequently than 'men' versus 'man.'
