Sustainable feed alternatives reduce the environmental impact of animal production and improve food security. This is demonstrated by the HoloFood data portal which comprises vast multi-omic and phenotypic data from two important food sources - chicken and salmon. #WMD2023

Very happy to see the public release of our HoloFood dataset, with richly annotated and linked data now usable by future projects. The portal connects multiomics data in various EMBL-EBI repositories, with a data model derived from the overall experimental design.
