Whilst Big Phil did provide some emotional support for my double vaccination, I had more than enough from OliversLifeGoals and Debby Cranston 💙. My vaccinations NHS Maudsley have always been brilliant, and this was no exception. Too busy chatting to notice being jabbed!

As well as their campaign @lambethtogether worked with NHS Maudsley to create an online three-hours workshop, open to anyone who wants to improve their knowledge of how to recognise the signs of mental distress in others.
