As part of Outreach activity, Cdr Vinoth from #INSParundu delivered a lecture at a Career Guidance programme organised by #AmritaVidyalayam Rameshwaram. The interactive talk focussed on Armed Forces and especially Indian Navy as a career option of choice.

As part of #InternationalWomensDay , a 'Well Women Camp' was conducted at #INSKattabomman . Dental, general examination and blood investigations were undertaken for 128 ladies for holistic screening. A visit to Koonthankulam Bird sanctuary was also organised for the ladies.
