I’m really excited about this change, I’m immensely proud of the ResearchGate team for all of the hard work that’s gone into it, and I’m also incredibly grateful to all of the scientists and researchers who’ve given us such valuable feedback and insight on this topic. 10/11

With the Research Interest Score, we’re considering reads from ResearchGate members, recommendations, and citations to form a more holistic measure of impact based on the interest that the scientific community is expressing over the lifecycle of a collection of works. 9/11

Third, impact is captured based on pure interest in the work. This third part is what’s really new here. 8/11

Our new partnership with Maximum Academic brings articles from all 17 of their #OpenAccess journals directly on to #ResearchGate , primarily in the fields of agriculture and environmental sciences.
