Well, deload week done. Loved every minute of every session π€£πͺπΌ great to re-establish the mind/muscle connection - and great to βfeelβ every rep in the target muscle πͺπΌ
Upper day - rounded off with 3 sets of AMRAP strict dips (with 25kg) - last set filmed πͺπΌπ₯

67kg squats, 67kg bench & 100kg deadlifts banked along with plenty of accessory workπ₯ Refreshingly light - allowing plenty of time to think about the mind muscle connection & what work is being done, where π

All joints & muscles behaving as expected (for a change) & I even managed 40 minutes of cardio without any heart drama (woohoo!) too! After the last few weeks, Iβll take it π―β¦

Iβve done hundreds of squats over the weekend to stretch my SI joint out a bit & itβs had a massage and some foam-roller action - but itβs still a bit ropey and has inflamed my hip replacement - so that wasnβt the laugh it coulda been π³

Bench first - 80kgx8x3, then pushed up to 32.5kg for the first set of 8 on the Incline Bench DBs. Still plenty to do on these. Dropped to 30kg for last 2 sets of 10 π₯πͺπΌ clips are first & last sets π―ππΌ
