I met with Campaign Against Antisemitism today, to discuss what more the Met & Sadiq Khan should be doing to ensure that Jewish people are safe & feel safe in London

Very good progress on reducing crime here. Murder down 7% since 2010 too. More to do on knife crime in London (where Sadiq Khan is failing) and shop theft, but overall crime is down a lot

An update following this morning’s incident with Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment horses in London.

Three of our soldiers are being treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Our horses are also safe, and are undergoing veterinary care. (1/2)

Three men have been arrested on suspicion of facilitating illegal immigration and entering the UK illegally, as part of an investigation into a Channel boat crossing which resulted in the deaths of a number of migrants off the French coast.
