A6. The future is multiAI for many of us and it will inherently drive more . This will be influenced by both emerging AI partnerships (e.g. Microsoft + OpenAI, AWS + Anthropic) and tailored in-house offerings (Google Gemini).

James Maguire A5. One word - abstraction! (No, not plastics 😉). Shims and middle-men get a lot of stick - often rightfully so - but abstracting your core platform and interesting through open APIs and protocols enables mobility, flexibility, choice, ++.
