My newsletter is still, by far, the best driver of traffic to my blog.

Here's data from the last 30 days!

There’s no better way to learn stuff than by doing.

Building something new always exposes you to new problems, and with that, new solutions.

Experience really sears lessons into your brain in a good way.

The input we consume greatly determines our output:

- Books
- Videos
- Articles
- Experiences
- Conversations

A diverse mix of inputs nets you the best outcome.

Don’t over-index on a single type/genre as you’ll probably have uncovered blind spots & lose ability to synthesize.

Being able to ask good questions is a skill that is more valuable than coming up with the right answers

The best opportunities in my life have come as a result of following my curiosity.

If you find something you really enjoy, continue diving into the rabbit hole (even if it it isn't popular!), and share whatever you learn.

You'll be pleasantly surprised.

How to get really good at anything:

1. Pick up skills through courses, videos or books
2. Create a project to practice your newly-acquired skills
3. Ask for help if you get stuck
4. Share what you learn
5. Repeat

The benefit of hating repetitive tasks is that I almost always find a way to automate them and save loads of time.

I guess being lazy is...useful?

You can have it all in terms of career / money and still not be happy.

Life is short, choose what you optimize for early on.

Some of the best operators & automators are quiet, but very impressive internal builders.

Lorenzo Castro is the perfect example of this.

I learn so much from him each time we speak (no-code, code, logic) and he's always super helpful!
