Red wolves are among the most endangered carnivores in the world. They’re threatened by agency failures, gunshots, habitat degradation, cars and hybridization. There are only a few handfuls of red wolves left in the wild.

State agencies & dairy farmers are not letting CDC health officials test for bird flu. This good ol’ boys network of ranchers regulating ranching is what got us into this mess and limits our ability to head off a viral pandemic.
