This past week, Nashville held its long-awaited city-wide celebration of the late John Prine, who is widely regarded as one of America’s greatest songwriters. Thousands of fans paid tribute and Anthony Mason was there for it all.

Thinking of our beloved John Prine on what would be his 76th birthday. His family, friends and creative colleagues will be celebrating John's life and songs tonight at Ryman Auditorium in Nashville at a concert called, 'You Got Gold.'
On Saturday night, we had the pleasure of hosting a surprise line-up of friends performing and celebrating John Prine. At the request of Prine's family, proceeds from the show will benefit the Museum. Thank you to the Prine family and friends for an unforgettable evening.
