It's unlikely, but in the circumstances, Albo should step up and present two separate questions in the referendum i.e. (1) recognition and (2) consultation. The former would easily pass.

A question for advocates of #nuclear power. In the absence of opposition to nuclear power, how much new nuclear capacity could be operational in your country/region, or in the world by 2040? What proportion of total demand would that meet?
