Reading the runes it looks like the NI Exec may be reformed - which will be great news for our members as hopefully we can then see some progress on the pay award and development of workforce and rehab strategies.

For the first time in my life (ok the 3 years I've been doing it) I have MET MY GOODREADS TARGET📚

I'm so happy, can't wait to celebrate by moving the goal posts in my mind and immediate feeling like it wasn't enough 😊😊😊 KIDDING I'm fine, reaching goals is totally fine
