Sunday 3:45PM: Mid-Mo's severe threat is looking low, thanks to clouds that have kept instability low. However, we are expecting some showers & thunderstorms to form over the next few hours, mainly south of I-70 & east of Hwy 63. Can't rule out a stray strong to severe storm.
