Low morning overcast is slowly clearing/“burning off”

While Monday morning will feature clouds/patchy fog & drizzle, a few breaks in the low-level clouds are still looking possible by totality (~1:30 pm). Then we monitor for an isolated strong storm chance by late afternoon
