I always ask myself if open repair not feasible. This patient was paying substantial copays for CT scan followup for an enlarging AAA sac from a suspected Ia and II endoleak. Recovering well with USG followup.

Before, during and after the ruptured extent 3. Intrathoracic control first, iliacs next, then diaphragm down with a stapler and full exposure. Full set of branched grafts on the shelf makes all the difference for these cases where time is of the essence.

Dysphagia lusoria due to aberrant RSA and Kommerell diverticulum. Robotic-assisted RSA ligation off the aortic arch followed by RSA transposition to R CCA. The robotic mediastinal mobilization led to a quick transposition. Dysphagia resolved. Home on POD 3.
