Recently Stolen 4Runner Flees FCPD

~2330: FCPD Mount Vernon Neighborhood Patrol Unit found this stolen 4Runner. It took off and, per policy, FCPD was unable to pursue it. The SUV was last seen near the National Harbor in Prince George's County.
