The @nhsswft Physiotherapy teamâs #sustainablehealthcare project put patientsâ welfare at its core by reducing referrals from care homes and identifying suitable programmes to engage staff and residents. Their #GreenTeam project has estimated annual savings of 1,175 kgCO2e!
đ The Frailty & Care of the Elderly Wards team at @nhsswft focused on reducing low value and unnecessary blood tests of their inpatients. The #GreenTeam project has estimated annual savings of 937 kgCO2e!
