Definitely the right choice

Back in 2020 and 2021, I wrote articles about research on the use of ECMO in COVID-19 patients - and I know they helped people find their way to hospitals that could offer it to their loved ones.

So it’s gratifying to see the work mentioned in @newyorker: newyorker.com/science/annals…

In my first position at UM I paid the UM daycare more per month than I took home. You can pay for the UM daycare directly out of your UM paycheck and I *literally* made less than nothing.

Such a fascinating analysis of factors impacting the NIH grant success rate - I hadn't thought through so much of this!
