As crazy as it might seem. It’s ok to say “I have 0 offers right now”. That’s better than telling a lie!

One attribute that will determine your level of success. It will determine how much of your future you will see. It will control your dreams. It will determine the outcome of your effort. It will determine how you respond to adverse challenges. It’s your ATTITUDE!

Don’t be so focused on getting O’s at camps that you forget about your parents, coaches, and mentors who spent their time away from work, gas money, hotel, and sitting in the sun to invest in you. Remember to say thank you!

Good subject lines to follow up with coaches after camping:

You idolize after your eligibility is up. HS/College player if you still have eligibility don’t spend all your time idolizing when you should be working! In football, summertime is manifesting time, separation time & not idolizing time. Make people say they once knew you.

Chasing your dream, you will have doubters. The bigger & fearless your dream, the more doubters you will experience. Believe in yourself, self-doubt is the number one dream-killer. Michael Jordan Hall Of Fame speech he thanked his doubters. He credited them for his work ethic.

Recruits: There are a number of ways you can introduce yourself to a college coach; via email, phone calls, & social media, but nothing comes close to camps (in person).
Reminders:
•Right time to introduce you.
•Don’t a catch a coach off guard.
•Don’t interrupt a coach.

Running the 40 at camp vs not running:
•Don’t be satisfied with your offers bc running a fast 40 can open your recruitment even more.
•If the only question is speed, it’s a must you run.
•Film or another 40 confirmed your speed, likely coaches will not ask for you to run.

While on college campuses for camps, here are three things to make sure:
•Make sure your GPA/test scores will qualify you for the university’s admission.
•Make sure the team has a need at your position.
•Make sure they offer your major.
