일단 관할 식품위생과에 신고완료. 현장점검은 하겠지만, 정확한 조사를 위해 소보원이나 경찰에 신고하라는 답변. 1399로 연락하니 다시 110으로 하라는 답변, 110으로 전화하니 해당부서로 연결해준다며 맨 처음 통화한 공무원에게 다시 연결. 끊고 경찰에 민원제기하니 국민신문고 이용하라는 대답.

광장시장, 골뱅이집 등 외국인 바가지 이슈가 끊이지 않는 가운데, 이런 행정절차 또한 너무 답답한 현실. 민원 한 번 넣으려니까 뺑뺑이 돌리다가 결국 제자리다.

무분별한 신고도 문제겠지만 공익제보에 꽁꽁 문을 걸어잠그고 있으니 누가 쉽사리 발벗고 나설 수 있겠나.
