It’s more than 50 days since Rishi Sunak said he would scrap National Insurance.

Pensioners face the prospect of a big cut to their pensions unless Sunak spells out where how his £46 billion unfunded commitment will be paid for.

How will the Tories fund their £46bn a year commitment? Currently this money goes to fund pensions and the NHS.
