Today we said bye to Lindzy Byamugisha, who's been the fulcrum of Boundless Minds work over the last 4yrs.
Ironically, she'd applied to join as a mentee & got rejected. A yr later, joined the team & steered our Programmes to reach over 200mentors & 5000 mentees.
We are awed and owed!
My journey at Boundless Minds for the past 4 years has been incredible, to say the least.
I have grown, I have learnt and I have served under the leadership of Bibi Rukwengye
Though my journey as Soft Skilling Lead has come to an end, I am forever grateful for believing in me.
It's been great connecting with young people across the continent at the #YouthConnektAfrica2023
