Liverpool Community Independents Pete Greenfield Ditto Edinburgh. Our (Labour/Tory coalition) council declared a *Housing Emergency* a few months ago and if anything, the situation has deteriorated even further since then.

Official Statment: We met with our solicitors today, one of the best commercial teams in the city. The SJMTA is taking immediate action against the Council for an unlawful act and breach of covenants.

This is a senior member of a party that obstructed any attempt to deliver a ceasefire for five months.

Utter hypocrisy.
