Hi Ford Motor Company I placed an Accessory order on Aug 24 and paid with points which were deducted. I never received my item and have contacted support 10x to ask that my points be refunded. Two months have gone by. Can you help?
I placed an order with Ford Motor Company for an accessory for my Bronco on Aug 26. It's currently Oct 13 and it still has not shipped. I have contacted Ford 10x in the last 48 days. I have requested a refund and am still waiting. #horriblecustomerservice
